Fufu should not be consumed after 4 o’clock in the afternoon, according to Dr. Ibrahim Osman, a Medical Practitioner who specializes in the field of dietetics.
According to Dr. Osman, fufu requires a significant amount of time to digest, and as a result, it should be ingested earlier in the day before going to bed.
Dr. Osman recommended eating something light before retiring to bed, as he said in an interview with Daakyehene Ofosu Agyeman that aired on TV XYZ under the title “My Lawyer, My Counselor” for the show.

“It is a bad practice to eat heavy food as breakfast since the intestines close during sleeping hours and opens slowly,” he said.
Dr. Osman recommended that patients have hefty meals for their afternoon meals since this kind of food digests more quickly at this time of day.
He encouraged everyone to steer clear of junk food and instead eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables.
