Popular disc jockey and musician DJ Azonto says that he deserves to be nominated as “Artist of the Year” in all award schemes.
Speaking in an interview on Adwuma Adwuma with Osei Felicia, DJ Azonto stated that he has done very well with his music this year and deserves the Artist of the year award.

DJ Azonto’s song titled “Fa No Fom” hit single, which was produced by Abochi has gone viral and has landed on music charts as the music is doing so well.
According to DJ Azonto, he was shocked over how his music did ‘magic’ and how well his music is doing so well in the music space and on social media hence deserves to bag numerous awards.
He however expressed shock that the Ghana Europe awards did not nominate him in the Artiste of the Year category. He stated that other artists who were nominated in the category have not done any more work than him, hence are undeserving.
“I deserve to be nominated as Artiste of the Year in all award schemes. I fully deserve it. I had my own concert which was sold out. I have performed in all parts of the country,” he said in an interview.
