The Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo, has explained why insecurity and kidnapping are rife in the state, saying the economic situation of Anambra among South-East states made it a target of criminals. He said that with the spate of insecurity in the state, his administration has put in place numerous measures to end the menace.
