Nestle Ghana Supports Employees With ¢7500 Each Aside Their Monthly Salaries And Here Is Why

With the current economic crisis most people are facing in Ghana, Nestle Ghana Limited has decided to lift some of the burdens on their employees by elevating their salaries.

In a statement sighted by Ghbase.com, and signed by the company’s Managing Director, Georgios Badaro, the unstable and unpredictable economic turbulence in the country since the beginning of 2022 has necessitated the action.

“The unstable and unpredictable economic turbulences we continue to see in Ghana since the beginning of 2022 have brought major challenges to our business.

“I am proud of how, as one team, we have been united to overcome these unprecedented challenges in a very difficult environment.

“Despite these difficulties and as a strong sign of appreciation to the efforts of each and every one of us, Management has decided to support employees and their families during this period,” the statement said.

Several Ghanaians have reacted to the news with the majority of them asking their employees to take a cue from Nestle Ghana Limited.
