Richard Groves is an actor from England who gained popularity for his role as Garry Hobbs in the TV soap opera EastEnders, which he played from 2000 to 2009. Before joining EastEnders, he appeared in Burnside, a spin-off of another TV series, The Bill. Groves received his acting training at The Poor School in London.

She appeared on Dragons’ Den in 2009 and received a £100,000 investment from Deborah Meaden. Russell and Groves later met at a Lord’s Taverners charity event in July 2013 and later married. The couple even won Celebrity Come Dine With Me on television.
