He argued that Bob Marley’s family has disrespected the great spiritual legacy by adding that Bob Marley didn’t feature any other artists because he wanted to keep culture alive and spread it.

‘‘If Bob Marley was alive, do you think that he will be featuring Sarkodie. They are in two different worlds, I do not blame Sarkodie, Sarkodie is not the one I am talking to, I am talking to the disgraceful Bob Marley family. It is nonsensical, and I’m hurt,” he added.

Yaa Pono and Shatta Wale have also mocked Sarkodie for agreeing to appear on a song by a deceased artist, Bob Marley, who died on May 11, 1981, at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
