Following his death, an investigation was quickly launched into the incident and Medical examiners were tasked with an Autopsy report to be sure of what exactly Killed Tyre Sampson.

In the report, the medical examiner determined Tyre Sampson’s cause of death was as a result of blunt force trauma including several fractures and abrasions to his head, neck, as well as his body. The Report also stated that the death was by accident .
