Why You Should Love Your Enemies
“But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil.” – Luke 6:35
As Christians, we must obey God’s greatest commandment which is to love. We must love everyone which includes people who really hate us. But why should we love those who wish to see us dead? This is because even when we are sinners and became enemies of God, he loved us. So we must do the same for those who despise us.
