Who is Irvo Otieno?
Not much is known about Irvo. However, what we know is that his family is originally from Kenya. His family also revealed that Irvo was an aspiring musician and an athlete in school.
Irvo was previously mentioned in a release by Henrico County Police as a suspect in a possible burglary on March 3. And so, an emergency custody order was issued for his arrest. After observations, he was taken to the hospital. However, the police release says Irvo Otieno became abusive towards police officers and so was carried to a nearby jail run by the Henrico Sheriff’s Office. The reports continue to say that, Irvo was later transported to Central State Hospital, in the south of Richmond on 6th March 2023. Sadly, Irvo passed away on that same day around 7:30 pm.
Otieno’s cause of death is currently unknown. Video footage is not yet available at the moment. As part of the investigation, 7 Virginia sheriff’s office members have been charged with second-degree murder. They are Randy Joseph Boyer, Dwayne Alan Bramble, Jermaine Lavar Branch, Bradley Thomas Disse, Tabitha Renee Levere, Brandon Edwards Rodgers, and Kaiyell Dajour Sanders.
